Timelines vary based on scope and size. Below-grade systems on new construction proceed in phases aligned with the GC’s schedule. Restoration waterproofing on occupied buildings is sequenced to minimize disruption. We provide a detailed schedule during preconstruction and communicate proactively if conditions change.

Many of the systems we install including Tremco, Carlisle, Soprema, and GCP products carry manufacturer warranties when installed by a certified applicator. Pegasus is a certified installer for multiple manufacturers, meaning the warranty is backed by both us and the product manufacturer. All warranty documentation is included in the project close-out package.
