FIELD POSITIONS
Waterproofing Worker
Join our waterproofing crews performing below-grade systems, balcony and deck membranes, expansion joints, and caulking on commercial and residential projects across South Florida. Prior experience in waterproofing or construction preferred but not required we train the right people.
Painting Worker
Work alongside our painting crews on commercial coating projects exterior and interior, high-rise and ground-level. We use premium products and the latest application equipment. Attention to prep and finish quality is essential.
Restoration Worker
Assist our restoration teams with concrete repair, spall remediation, sealant replacement, and protective coating applications. Physical work in active construction environments. Safety training provided.
Foreman
Lead a crew in the field. Responsible for daily production, quality control, crew safety, and communication with the superintendent and project manager. Minimum 3 years of field experience in waterproofing, painting, or restoration required. Strong communication and leadership skills essential.
Superintendent
Oversee multiple crews and project phases on large commercial projects. Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and engineers. Manage schedules, safety protocols, QA/QC, and daily reporting. Minimum 5 years of experience in specialty contracting required.
