Demolition & Preparation

Controlled removal of deteriorated material to sound substrate following ICRI guidelines. Exposed rebar is treated and prepared per specification.

Repair & Restoration

Application of repair mortars, sealants, membranes, and coatings per engineer-approved specifications. Mock-ups performed when required. Each phase inspected before the next begins.
